Scaling stunt on UNESCO protected rock formation costs climbers $860,000 in China

Three daredevils, who drilled a total of 26 holes on the 128-meter-tall 'Giant Python' at Sanqing Mountain in 2017, were fined $860,000 for damaging a world heritage site in east China's Jiangxi province. One of the tourists was sentenced to one year and another was sentenced to six months in prison, according to reports.
