Two police officers and one firefighter were wounded in a shooting incident in San Diego late Saturday night (June 23), local media reported. Video shared with Reuters showed police with weapons and emergency negotiators near the scene. SWAT officers told local media the suspect was found dead inside the College Area condominium. Local media also reported that one other firefighter was rescued one hour later, after taking cover in a unit next to where the suspect was found. The firefighter did not sustain any injuries.
