Turkish forces continue to deal heavy blows to PKK in winter operations

Turkey's domestic counter-terrorism operation, Operation Eren-3, which aims to neutralize Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) terrorists and destroy their winter hideouts, is continuing full-speed ahead in the eastern province of Agri. On Jan. 11, Turkey launched Operation Eren in the Tendurek region of the eastern Agri and Van provinces to eliminate terrorists. The operation was named after Eren Bulbul, a 15-year-old martyred by the PKK on Aug. 11, 2017.
