Turkish forces strike PKK/PYD terrorist positions in Syria’s Afrin

The Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) continue to strike PKK/PYD terrorists positioned in Syria's Afrin during its ongoing Olive Branch operation. Turkish howitzers hit terrorist positions across the Reyhanlı, Kırıkhan and Hassa districts of Turkey's border province Hatay. On Jan. 20, Turkey launched Operation Olive Branch to clear YPG/PKK-Daesh terrorists from Afrin. The operation aims to establish security and stability along Turkey's borders and the region as well as protect Syrians from oppression and cruelty of terrorists.
