Thousands of Croatian fans celebrated in Zagreb after Croatia beat England 2-1 in the World Cup semi-finals and for one supporter the occasion proved all too emotional. As fans chanted and sang in Zagreb's main square, one woman was leaning against the railings at the front of the fan zone in tears as the the reality had hit her - Croatia will play in a World Cup final for the first time ever on Sunday.
