Windmills from 15th century open to public in Netherlands

19 windmills from the 15th century in the village of Kinderdijk, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List, will be open to visitors this weekend. "National Milling Day" was organized by the Dutch Mills Foundation on 13-14 May. Within the scope of the event, which is visited by thousands of people every year, the doors of approximately 1000 classical wind and water mills across the country were opened to the public.
