At least 13 people died in a road accident in India’s northern state of Uttarakhand, authorities said on Tuesday.
A bus bringing people back from a wedding fell into a gorge in the Himalayan state’s Champawat district late on Monday night.
Two more people were injured in the crash, according to a police statement.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the accident and announced monetary compensation for the victims’ families.
