France will mobilise 45 billion euros ($50.22 billion) in crisis measures for its companies with the economy expected to contract 1% this year due to the coronavirus outbreak, Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said on Tuesday.
"We don't want bankruptcies" Le Maire told French RTL radio
On Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron said the government would guarantee 300 billion euros ($335 billion)worth of loans to help businesses get through the coronavirus crisis.
