Captured after an operation launched with 40,000 troops, Iraq’s Tal Afar, which has a mostly Turkmen population, continues to witness the execution of civilians. More than 20,000 Hashd al-Shaabi militants looted the majority of six neighborhoods. The militia burned many houses and businesses after plundering them. Women and children who cannot escape are slaughtered by U.S. air strikes or Hashd al-Shaabi militants in districts such as Mohalemeen, Kifah and Qadisiyah.

TERRORIST GROUPS SPLIT THE INCOME

Daesh terrorists, used as an excuse to loot Tal Afar as done previously across many regions of Syria and Iraq, were evacuated by buses after the town was captured. Heading toward Rabia, Qamishli, Deyr Ez Zor and Erbil with the partnership of Hashd al-Shaabi, Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and the Peshmerga, Daesh terrorists paid a great sum of money for this trip.

Hashd al-Shaabi, the PKK and Peshmerga share the income, which is allegedly in the range of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Tal Afar residents say it is only a part of the game, and Daesh left Tal Afar to the Hashd al-Shaabi militia pursuant to a collusion.

CIVILIANS STILL BOMBED

A total of 130 Daesh terrorists “surrendered” and were moved from the region, Peshmerga sources stated. The number of Daesh terrorists taken to other regions by Peshmerga, the PKK and Hashd al-Shaabi since the operation which was launched in Mosul is over 3,000, according to reports. Some of the militants were also taken by various intelligence services, after being interrogated by the CIA.

Similarly to what occurred in Mosul, Tal Afar has been disconnected from the outside world in order to hide the secret operations and looting activities. Civilians and journalists are denied entry to the town. Although the town is completely controlled by the Iraqi army and Hashd al-Shaabi, some areas are bombed by U.S. fighter jets. More than 100 people died in one week due to the bombs dropped in neighborhoods where Daesh terrorists do not exist.
