Saud al-Qahtani, a former Saudi royal advisor and a key suspect in the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, did not face any trial in Saudi Arabia, according to a bombshell report published by UN's special rapporteur Agnes Callamard on Wednesday.

According to the 100-page report looking at the various forms of States’ responsibility for Khashoggi’s murder, eleven individuals of the 15-man Saudi hit team went on trial in Saudi Arabia.

Here are the 11 names who faced trial, with the first five facing death penalty:

"Fahad Shabib Albalawi, Turki Muserref Alshehri, Waleed Abdullah Alshehri, Maher Abdulaziz Mutreb, Dr. Salah Mohammed Tubaigy, Mansour Othman Abahussain, Mohammed Saad Alzahrani, Mustafa Mohammed Almadani, Saif Saad Alqahtani, Muflih Shaya Almuslih, Ahmad Mohammed Asiri"

The United Nations Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard delivered a damning report on the brutal murder of Khashoggi on Wednesday and said she found "credible evidence" to further probe Saudi officials’ individual liability in the Khashoggi killing at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul, including Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.

Khashoggi was killed and dismembered by a group of Saudi operatives shortly after he entered the country's consulate in Istanbul last Oct. 2
