Mohammed bin Salman (MBS)’s security team arrived in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad on Monday ahead of the Saudi crown prince’s visit to the country.

His team visited several federal buildings and reviewed security arrangements while a source added: “A team of doctors and a delegation of Saudi media persons who will cover Mohammed bin Salman’s tour have also reached Islamabad.”

A trade deal worth $14 billion will be signed during MBS’s two-day visit, which is scheduled for Saturday.

"The outcome of the talks so far has been very positive and this is going to be one of the biggest-ever Saudi investments in Pakistan," a Pakistani senior finance ministry official told AFP.

Additionally, bilateral relations, as well as the Yemen war and Afghan peace process will be discussed during bin Salman’s visit, who will be staying at the Prime Minister House.
