Turkey’s national defense minister on Monday met with the members of the Presidential Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As part of his official visit to the capital Sarajevo, Hulusi Akar met with Zeljko Komsic, Croat member and current chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with its Serb member Milorad Dodik and Bosniak member Sefik Dzaferovic.
During the meeting, Akar stressed the importance Turkey places on the stability and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, saying that Turkey's duty is to continue all kinds of cooperation, including on defense and security.
Akar added that Turkey has provided all kinds of support to Bosnia and Herzegovina, underlining its determination to support the peace and prosperity that the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina deserve in the future.
Akar later visited the Turkish Embassy in Sarajevo and learned about the activities of the diplomatic mission.
