Turkish Parliament Speaker İsmail Kahraman on Thursday participated in a reception for Pakistan National Day in Geneva, Switzerland.
Speaking at the reception, Karaman underlined the important ties between the two countries.
Kahraman also thanked the permanent representative of Pakistan to the United Nations in Geneva, Ambassador Faruk Amil for his invitation to the reception.
Before the reception, Karaman also visited the UN Office in Geneva with the Turkish parliamentarians and ambassadors.
Kahraman will also visit Montreux and Lausanne on Friday and meet with Turkish citizens and non-governmental organizations in Switzerland.
The Turkish parliament speaker will also attend the 138th Assembly of Inter-Parliamentary Union this weekend.
