UK PM candidate Johnson says: I'll stick up for financiers

Boris Johnson, the frontrunner to replace Theresa May as British Prime Minister, defended his record on promoting business and said he would stick up for the financial services sector if he was elected as Conservative Party leader.

Asked at his campaign launch about a report that he swore about business, Johnson said: "I don't think there is anybody in the modern Conservative Party who can honestly say to have done more to stick up for business, even in the toughest of times."
