July 15 led to two major changes: First, members of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) are no longer domestic threats and, consequently, have turned into outside threats. Their area of operation inside Turkey has diminished as the level of threat they constitute has weakened and their likelihood of staging a coup from the inside has reduced.
