Turkey hitting Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK)/Democratic Union Party (PYD) positions in Syria is only the beginning. There will be more to come and so it should be. All PYD elements along the line drawn as the North Corridor between Northern Iraq and the Mediterranean should be hit, not only the PYD elements threatening the area between Azaz and Jarabulus. This should be done regardless of the amount of US, Russian and Iranian support. It is high time that Turkey faces and neutralizes the threat spread throughout this line. The slightest delay or neglect even will yield significantly grave results. This is no longer a terror issue. Neither the struggle on the inside nor the one on the outside is strictly a fight against terror. It is a national defense reflex, an issue of ending the invasion inside and eliminating the multinational threat coming and managed from Syria.
