A clash between security forces and PKK terrorists left three soldiers martyred and three wounded in the southeastern province of Hakkari on Friday.
The clash took place amid ongoing security operations in the region.
It was reported that many terrorists were also neutralized.
The PKK is listed as a terrorist organization also by the U.S., and the EU, and resumed its 30-year armed campaign against the Turkish state in July 2015.
More than 7,600 terrorists have been killed by Turkish forces since July 2015.
