Total 233 flights to and from Istanbul cancelled

Turkish Airline companies has announced on its webpage that Istanbul flights were cancelled due to wind and snowfall expected in Istanbul today. Turkish Airlines cancelled a total of 151 national and international flights.

The company advised passengers to check the status of their flights by calling customer service or visiting its website, www.turkishairlines.com

Also, Pegasus Airline cancelled its 65 flights from and to Istanbul.

With the flights cancelled by Pegasus Airlines, Atlasglobal and Onur Air, the number of cancelled flights exceeded 230.

Meanwhile, companies also cancelled dozens of flights to and from Istanbul due to heavy snow earlier this week.
