Turkish fighter jets fly toward Syrian border

Following the recent development on the Turkey-Syria border, Turkish fighter jets conducted patrol flights along the border line

Ten F-16 fighter jets of Turkish Air Forces have conducted patrol flights along the border line with Syria, Turkish Armed Forces said on Sunday.

In a released statement the military said that flights were conducted on Saturday, the day when Turkish forces fired heavy artillery shells at Democratic Union Party (PYD) targets in Syria.

The statement did not give the name of the air base from where Turkish jets took off.
