A 52-year-old Ecuadorian man died when he fell into concrete from the fourth floor of an apartment building.The fatal incident occurred in the 136th Street Doctor Buades Alicante, Ecuador when a man accidentally locked himself out of his apartment. With the help of a rope tied to the roof, the man tried to reach the third floor, but the attempt was unsuccessful.
