Erdoğan shows his appreciation for Turkey's goal

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan watched the match between Turkey and Austria on a plane while flying to the United States. In the US he will attend the 2016 Nuclear Industry Summit and preside over the opening of the largest-ever mosque complex in the US, the Turkish-American Culture and Civilization Center. The video shows the Turkish President expressing his appreciation after a football player on the Turkish National team, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, scored a goal. Turkey beat Austria 1-2 in the match Erdoğan watched during his voyage.
