Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) President Massoud Barzani made announcements about the Mosul operation.
Barzani, saying the campaign is moving towards Daesh's defeat, on the subject of the Mosul problem, said, “For the solution to the Mosul problem, we established a partnership commission with Baghdad.”
Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government President Barzani, made a statement regarding the operation launched to clear the Daesh terrorist organization from the city of Mosul.
Barzani said, "We are ready for any kind of attack that confronts us, but we can see that it has been going towards Daesh's defeat."
Providing information about the situation in Bashiqa, Barzani said that after the operation to remove Daesh from Bashiqa, the situation has become calm and they did not want to be in a hurry.
Touching on the future of Mosul, Barzani said, “The Peshmerga forces will not enter Mosul. The things Daesh did in Kirkuk were meant to hide their defeat."
