Putin offers condolences over Istanbul attacks

Russian President Vladimir Putin conveyed his condolences to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for the terror attacks in Istanbul late on Saturday in a statement released by the Kremlin Palace.

The Russian president stated that he resolutely condemns the heinous terror attacks and emphasized that the perpetrators and their instigators will definitely pay the penalty.

He also underlined that the Istanbul attacks have vindicated the need for a multilateral effort in the relentless struggle against international terrorism.
