Following a sabotage attempt by the U.S. Special Forces, who entered Syria and argued with Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA), fighters last week, several liberated villages were recaptured by the Daesh terror group on Tuesday.

Officials of the FSA said the U.S. military intervention divided the Marea-Jarabulus line liberated from the Daesh by FSA fighters.

“After the active inclusion of the U.S. military in Hawar and Cobanbey [Al Rai] we have faced problems among our groups," one of the FSA commander said.

He said that some groups inside FSA who have links with the Pentagon retreated from the frontline against Daesh.

FSA sources said groups that have a direct link with the Pentagon, including Hamza Brigade, Aleppo Division, Mutasim Billah Brigade and 51st Division and Tahrir Syria, attempted to raise internal conflict to destroy the success.

Following the U.S. Special Forces inclusion into the Operation Euphrates Shield, some opposition group fighting under the umbrella of FSA, like Ahrar al-Sharkiyye, withdrew themselves as a reaction against the U.S.

Operation Euphrates Shield, which was launched on Aug. 24, aims to improve security, support coalition forces and eliminate the terror threat along Turkey's south border, using the FSA fighters backed by Turkish armor, artillery and jets.

Since then, Turkey-backed FSA fighters took control of all border towns and villages in the Azaz-Jarabulus stretch in northern Syria from Daesh.

According to Turkish military, a 900-square-kilometer area has been cleaned from the terror group and the military backed FSA are now heading to al-Bab, one of the most strategic cities being held by Daesh in northern Syria.

The U.S. move gave rise to internal conflict that could demoralize fighters in the field, the FSA commander said.

He said that the U.S. gave financial support to some opposition fighting groups to stand against Turkey.

The U.S. military also provide intelligence support to Daesh on the operation Euphrates shield, the commander added.

The U.S. has a long-lasting plan to make a PYD/PKK canton in northern Syria along the Turkish border, but the Turkey-backed Operation Euphrates Shield foiled this plan.

And Turkey's southern border was cleaned from the Daesh terror group and controlled by local Arabs.

But the U.S. is now trying to sabotage the advance of the Euphrates Shield operation, due to allow PYD/PKK terror canton.

Moreover, the pentagon wishes to establish a military base in the area between Jarabulus and Al Rai, the cities freed from Daesh under the latest operations.

The FSA commander urged that Turkey should destroy this terror game and immediately intervene and solve the internal conflict of the group fighting against Daesh.

According to security sources, the new plan of establishing a U.S. military base would only help the PYD/PKK terror group rather than opposition fighters.

The U.S. had already established two military bases in PYD/PKK controlled Qamishli and Kobane in northern Syria.

In Manbij, another PYD/PKK controlled Arab-populated city east of the Euphrates River, the U.S. has been playing a dirty game to protect terror groups.

Ankara has strongly opposed PYD/PKK's incursion into the city and urged the groups' immediate withdrawal. But the U.S. military flies its flags over the PYD/PKK headquarters to hide terrorists under their flags.
