Medya sektöründen çekilen Dinç Bilgin'in 11 aracı kurum vasıtasıyla 100 milyonlarca adet Medya Holding ve Sabah Gazetecilik hisse senedini alıp sattığı anlaşıldı.

Televizyon ve gazetelerini satarak medya dünyasından çekilen Dinç Bilgin'in, Borsa'da, Medya Holding ve Sabah Gazetecilik hisse senetlerini manipüle ederek, haksız kazanç sağladığı şüphesi doğdu. Duruma, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu, İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası ve Takas Bank'ın açıklık getirmesi bekleniyor.
Bankacılık Denetleme Kurulu, aracı kuruluşlara yazı yazarak, Bilgin ailesine ve şirketlerine ait hisse senetlerinin miktarını sordu. Dinç Bilgin'in Akyatırım Menkul Değerler, Alfa Menkul Değerler, Eti Menkul Değerler, Global Menkul Değerler, Karon Menkul Değerler, Kalkınma Bankası Menkul Değerler, Tacirler Menkul Değerler, ABN Amro Yatırım AŞ, İnteryatırım Menkul Değerler, Ata Menkul Değerler, İktisat Menkul Değerler aracılığıyla, 100 milyonlarca adet Medya Holding ve Sabah Gazetecilik hisse senedini alıp sattığı anlaşıldı.
Bankacılık Denetleme Kurulu'nun ihtiyati tedbir koyduğu hisselerin aracı kuruluşlara göre bugünkü dağılımı ve miktarları şöyle:
