      "content": "Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri'nin İstanbul'daki (TDİ) Şehir Hatları İşletmesi'nin devriyle ilgili, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi ve Türkiye Denizciler Sendikası arasındaki anlaşmazlık sona erdi. Büyükşehir şirketlerinden İstanbul Deniz Otobüsleri (İDO) ile Şehir Hatları'nın İstanbul işletmesi işçilerini temsil eden Türkiye Denizciler Sendikası arasındaki görüşmeler uzlaşmayla sonuçlandı. Buna göre, Şehir Hatları İşletmesi'nde çalışan 698 personel İDO kadrosuna alınacak. Devir işlemleri ise bir ay içinde tamamlanacak. ",

          "content": "İDO'nun şu anda 22 deniz otobüsü, 6 feribotu, yaklaşık 30 tane de iskelesi bulunuyor. Birleşme sonrasında ise, Şehir Hatları'ndan 15 arabalı vapur, 47 yolcu vapuru, 20 hizmet teknesi, 2 feribot olmak üzere 84 deniz aracı ile 56 iskele de İDO'ya devredilecek. Böylece İDO'nun deniz aracı sayısı 112'ye, iskele sayısı da 86'ya ulaşacak. İki kurumun birleşmesiyle, İstanbul'da deniz ulaşımı artık tek elden idare edilecek. İDO, TDİ'den devralacağı eski gemileri de yaşatacak. Bu gemilerin bir kısmı kültürel - sosyal amaçlı kullanılacak. Şehir hatlarına ait 56 terminal ise yenilenecek. İDO, 5 deniz otobüsü ve 4 feribot alımı için de ihaleye çıkacak. \n",
