İhlas, ABD'li taliple görüşmeye başladı

İhlas Yayın Holding A.Ş.'nin, ana hissedarı olduğu TGRT hisselerinin satışı için ABD merkezli bir medya grubu ile görüşmelere başlama kararı aldığı bildirildi. İhlas Holding'ten İMKB'ye gönderilen açıklamada, şirketin bağlı ortaklarından İhlas Yayın Holding A.Ş.'nin ana hissedarı olduğu Huzur Radyo TV A.Ş.'deki (TGRT) hisselerinin satışı için ABD merkezli bir medya grubu ile görüşmelere başlama kararı aldığı kaydedildi. Açıklamaya göre, söz konusu görüşmelerde bulunmak üzere İhlas Yayın Holding Yönetim Kurulu üyeleri M. Murat Akgiray ve Mustafa R. Selçuk yetkili kılındı. Açıklamada, görüşmelerin sonucu hakkında gelişmeler oldukça gerekli açıklamalar yapılacağı ifade edildi. TGRT'nin satışı geçtiğimiz sonbahar döneminde de medyayı meşgul etmiş ve satış için Estee Lauder, Canwest ve Rupert Murdoch'a ait News Corp gibi firmalar gündeme gelmişti. Ancak görüşmelerden bir sonuç alınamamıştı. Son olarak görüşme başlatılan şirketin de Rupert Murdoch'a ait News Corp olduğu söyleniyor.
